The Career Development Center (CDC) at UIN Salatiga is a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) under the coordination of the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation. This unit is tasked with designing, developing, and implementing career development services for UIN Salatiga students and alumni. The CDC serves as a facilitator, equipping graduates with job skills, industry knowledge, and professional networks to compete in the workforce, business, and industry (DUDI).
The UIN Salatiga CDC organizes various strategic programs such as alumni tracer studies, soft skills training, a national internship program (PRIMA PTKI), career mentoring and coaching, campus hiring, job fairs, and student entrepreneurship incubation. All of these services are designed based on job market needs, digital technology, and synergy between the university and external sectors.
